What’s the story?
11 years ago, Alex (our founder) decided to break free of the traditional recruitment firms he’d been working for. He was working with legal professionals, and he thought, “Why aren’t I getting in on this work/life balance, remote working, better pay, anti-KPI life?”
Alex quickly established Alexander Lyons as the market leader, literally years before most recruitment firms cottoned on to what legal consultancies could do for people in the legal profession. (Many still haven’t, but we’re not going to be the ones to tell them.)
He waited a while to start to grow his team. It was 2 years ago that the first of us started to come on board, and you can bet your bottom dollar that we’re all benefitting from everything Alex built the company to be.
Branching out from our less-than-humble beginnings in Legal Consultancy recruitment, we’ve established ourselves as your go-to source across “Traditional” Legal, Executive Support & HR, Sales & Marketing, and Telecom, Media & Technology.
